Securely operates as a fully remote organization, with all production systems and company data hosted in Microsoft Azure's geographically redundant cloud infrastructure. We do not maintain any physical facilities or equipment for storing or processing customer data, relying on Microsoft Azure's robust physical security controls.
Our approach to security is built on a foundation of comprehensive policies and controls. Our Information Security Policy establishes a general approach to minimize information misuse, compromise, or loss, and applies to all information, systems, and personnel. We employ strong encryption practices, utilizing AES-256 for data encryption keys, VPN keys, and website SSL certificates, and OpenSSL for cryptographic tools. Access to our systems and applications is strictly limited based on the principle of least privilege, using role-based access control (RBAC) to ensure users only have the minimum necessary access to perform their job responsibilities. Network security is a critical layer of our IT security infrastructure, employing a layered defense approach with controls to protect against intrusion and block harmful traffic.
